Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
|
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All original tags and price labels must still be attached.
- You have 7 days from the date of Purchase / Order Placement to request a return or exchange.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase – either the original receipt or the order confirmation email.
- If you have received a defective item, the wrong size, or an incorrect product, you will be required to share proof (such as photographs) with our team at Whatsapp No.0334 4780587

Non-Returnable Items
|
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Fragrances are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Cosmetics products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Any excess fabric or embellishment used during photo shoots will not be provided with the product unless specifically mentioned on the “Product Page”. Such exchange claims or asking us to provide those embalishments (Laces, Buttons etc..) will not be regarded as valid.

Return & Refund Policy

- We do not offer a cash refund for returned items.
- However, a refund may be issued in the following specific cases:
- An item is found to be defective during our quality control check and it is the only piece available, so it gets removed from your order.

Return Process
|
- To begin your return or exchange request, please contact us within 7 days from the date you placed your order.
- Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at 0334 4780587 or email at homestamanna@gmail.com to initiate a return request.
- When you contact us, please make sure to provide your order number and proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order confirmation email).
- Our team will guide you on how to ship the product back to us.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.

Inspection and Approval
|
- Once we receive the returned item with item in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Any shipping charges or fees incurred during the purchase process are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, it will take approximately up to 5 days to reflect in your bank account or JazzCash, Easy Paisa etc.. statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or contact your payment provider; processing times may vary.

Exchange Process
|
- All exchanges are subject to verification of the product's condition and eligibility.
- After we receive and verify the returned items, we will ship your requested replacement item(s).
- The exchange process usually takes approximately 3 to 5 working days.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue you a credit voucher of equivalent value, which can be redeemed online.
- The credit voucher will be sent to the email address used to place your order or at your Whatsapp Number. Please ensure your WhatsApp No. and email address are valid and active.

Other Non-Returnable / Exchangeable Items
|
- Fragrances, Body Mists and Cosmetics – Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept any return or exchange requests for fragrances, body mists and Cosmetics regardless of usage status.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition and packaging will not be accepted for returns.
